| I know, I know. I'm spending some forum karma on doing a thread with two topics. 1: Steve - might I recommend a forum for Steve Pavlina forums tech help/issues? I.e. a help desk forum. 2: On to my issue: My browser/account (not sure what's responsible) does not seem to be able to keep up with new posts. I'll be able to see new posts, but if I click the "go to new posts" icon, I'll be taken to a previous post, sometimes one that I read several days ago. Forums will sometimes be marked with new messages, but when I go into the forum, all the threads have none. While new posts are visible, they're very hard to find. I can't seem to find a pattern to the problem. Does anyone have a suggestion?

| Late reply, but better late than never, ey? I agree on point one, should certainly be helpfull. Also, I don't know if this is vBulletin related or if its just me pc, but sometimes when I've read a topic, I go back to reading something else, and when I come back, the link shows there are some new messages, even though there aren't. Happens more then once.... |

| Moderators have been talking about this for a while. Apparently there is a couple bugs with Vbulletin about this (including the button to read the last post). Steve upped the timeout which helped with some of the issues. Also, he mentioned he has a lot of patches to address these issues. After we get them loaded we will see if the issues get fixed. I definitely agree and have some issues myself. My issue is more that everything is marked as read when I really have not read it yet which makes it hard to make sure I read everything in my forum. I will mention an issue forum and see if there is any interest in that. Adrienne |

| I may add a feedback/suggestions/help forum down the road. I have a number of other forum issues to address as well. I upgraded to the latest VBulletin already, which reportedly had about 50 bug fixes. I notice the "go to new posts" feature still isn't working properly. It's only my list to track it down when I do the next batch of forum updates. In 2007 Erin and I plan to add some staff, since this website is quickly growing beyond our capacity to personally manage. There are lots of things I'd like to add, fix, or improve but lack the time to do it.
