Just to share an article I found online to provide another point of view on Agloco:

Agloco: What Everyone Ought to Know About It

Take what you want out of it, just sharing...

Where is this "indicator light" as mentioned? I don't see anything red or green on the viewbar.

I saw that article when it first came out. It has some inaccuracies, but it does a fair job of explaining why no one may see a dime from Agloco. Of course, you don't really need an article to tell you that an untested company with a new business model has a high chance of failure. That should be rather obvious.

My expectation is that Agloco will eventually pay people. They already have tons of sign-ups and many enthusiastic affiliates. They are enjoying loads of free marketing. Now that their Viewbar is released, they'll be under constant pressure to start paying. Things will turn ugly if they string people along for too long.

Even AllAdvantage members got paid... at least while the business model lasted.

The indicator is actually the second "o" in the Agloco logo on the left side of the Viewbar. Read their FAQ.

That's where I thought it was, as I had looked over the FAQ previously, but the little "o" wasn't lighting up.

On my PC it only lights up green while actively browsing in IE or Firefox. All other times it stays red.

That's what I thought too, but what I meant was it wasn't red OR green, it just looked normal.

It's working now, don't know what took it so long , although it started after I clicked on the FAQ link inside the viewbar, don't know if it was just a coincidence or not though.

Wink

Toolbars, tracking software, and other "special features" like this make me feel like we are one step closer to the "The Age of Steel" from the new Doctor Who television series. Ear pieces and automatic downloads..... I think that becoming cybermen would be the the biggest "downside"!!!

Fear-based thinking.....you better believe it!

Default Steve, why are you so mesmerized by agloco?

I don't quite get it, is it curiosity, or what?

I don't see difference between renting some pixels on your monitor for advertising and, say, letting someone paint advertising on wall of your house. The latter is better IMO, as it won't force me into a MLM system....
