I agree. If Steve was really a lightworker he'd write more about sex... you know, for the greater good.

Seriously though (that was me just being random by the way), love polarisation (lightworking) is different to lovey-dovey (ie. being a pacified care bear who can do nothing but spread sun shine, rainbows, and glitter ). Steve even says so here.

You also need to realise that even lightworking is subject to personal interpretation. What you may perceive as a disruptive act may be interpreted as an act of kindness (or even "tough love") by someone else.

On a side note, in an attempt to amuse myself, I'm starting to get a desire to invent some Confessions of an A-List Blogger-style mental labels that I can use for patterning the threads we get here on the forums. Hehehe.

sigh
seems like 'tough love' is being used as an excuse to go out of your way to be rude/mean.
I don't know exactly where the line is but bear-bombing crossed it for me.

Sometimes it takes people a while to get used to my quirky sense of humor. Try not to read too much into it.

If you take this article too literally, then you'll probably find these time management tips useful as well:

“Hey Steve… I was wondering if you could go walk around the block after getting so close to the microwave and eating stuff from there, it might be catching. I'd also like to know if there’s anything I can do to change your mind regarding your decision to kill yourself.”

I think we expect too much out of 'lightworkers'.

Although the article does seem to encourage making fun of someone else's marriage.

There may be some truth to it, but it was mostly meant in jest. People who worry about how they're investing an extra second usually have much bigger problems they're avoiding, and excessive low-level time management becomes an escape in itself.

I stopped using the microwave almost 2 years ago, not long after making that post. I've never missed it.

Well, I had bigger problems to deal with then saving a few seconds, so I didn't even think of trying to implement those microwave ideas. I did think at the time "Wow- he's so efficient he's down to trying to squeeze out the last few seconds, I hope I'm that efficient one day."
