I think it's wonderful that you're offering feedback to the speakers and to the conference organisers. Who knows what avenues that will open for you!

Some of the people in the photos are forum members, yes. I didn't post their names on the site, since I wasn't sure if they'd all appreciate that. When I post names on my blog, they tend to get picked up by search engines, which some people don't like unless they're bloggers themselves. So I left it up to them to identify themselves if they so desire.

You might be interested in Joe Pilates book on Contrology.. Where he advocates body brushing. I haven't used soap deodorants etc for 5 years. I just scrub all over with a stiff brush. It works really well, I'm nearly 60 and my skin is fantastic. Oh and no one has ever mentioned that I smell :-) Geoff Quote:

....Steve P.... Not trying to nit-pick but I think it's important to add some info. to your Neti wash experience. Quote:
First-timers will usually grab the nearest salt shaker and ultimately burn thier nasal passages. Consider yourself warned...!!! FYI - You can find sea salt on the cheap at WholeFoods in the bulk section. Also, the temperature of the water will greatly affect the effectiveness of the Neti wash. Too cold and you nasal passages close up. Too hot and they get scalded. A good rule is to run the water over the back of your hand. If it feels comfortable, then you're in the right range. Hope this helps....! ....SteveHalas..... |

Sea salt is all we ever use, so I must have taken that for granted. It's also mentioned in the instructions that come with the pot though.
