In his talk, Wayne Dyer spoke about how he could clear traffic by playing the song "Amazing grace" sung by Cecilia. It seems this singer has a voice that has been certified by some organization..(dont know the names or what the certification is). Well my question is if this is in fact possible? I am not saying that Wayne was lying but it got me thinking......Any thoughts? |
