Steve, I wanted to thank you for establishing these personal development forums. After several months of reading and some posting of my own threads and in other's threads, I've come to see much value here. These forums are like one big support group, giving everybody the opportunity to share and grow. I've seen and participated in other forums, but I believe there are few that have the impact that yours does. Thanks again, Mike Estep |

Very well said Mike... this board can only have a positive influence on anyone who spend a fair amount of time here... There is an old saying that goes like this... "Tell me who you hang around with and I'll tell you who you are..." So, if you hang around positive people such as seen here... you are bound to be more positive yourself... Thank you Mike... and thank you Steve... . |

I certainly have a long way to go on my Personal Development journey, but these forums and all the wonderful people who post have given me so much to think about. You have all helped me to look at things from a different perspective and take responsibility. I am well on my way to creating the life I really want thanks in part to the encouragement and direction I've received here. Steve and Erin are doing a great thing. I want to thank them and all of you. On my off days, coming here reminds me what I am working for. Love and best wishes!

Agreed. These forums are amazing. So much information and so many smart people. What i like about these forums the most is that we dont only receive the knowledge (like from an article) but rather we get to know other people experiences and what has helped them so we too can take something out of it. |

Personally I love how easy going everyone is and how some members manage to find humour in the most non-humourous things and work off each others' banter to great effect. I'm also really impressed with how the forums and forum members have developed a real sense of community and everyone is ("generally") able to get along really well, despite numerous, vast differences and various oddities. Whether it be members in denial about having a penis, members who aren't exactly adept at the English language, or crazy people who write posts with a word count so high it'll make your eyes bleed, we sure are a varied bunch! There may be the odd minor squabble or slightly heated disagreement, but this is the first community I’ve seen where members have the initiative to actually work out their differences and reconcile with each other when they have a dispute, all in the same thread. All of this is really a grand tribute to those who make up the community. Rock on, guys, rock on. And for those of you who just got a +10 bonus to your ego, I’m sure if you do a forum search you’ll find a thread to help. Quote:
