Light/Dark/Indigo I am (or at least was) a skeptic. If I can't see it, feel it, taste it, or experience it, it doesn't exist. That doesn't stop me from sometimes doing a round of reading on more esoteric subjects and even trying things ... I got into meditation like that, trying it out for myself. All knowledge is good, even its just to laugh at crazy ideas. So reading a lot recently on polarization, darkworkers, lightworkers, and Indigos the great skeptic is starting to believe ...and worry. I never heard of it but I have been a lightworker for a long time. Starting with a point about 4 years ago and thinking backwards I can't recall a time I didn't look for and use the softest most loving path to all things. I have a close friend that is a darkworker for sure, just ask him he will tell you. Not use the word, I doubt he ever heard of it, but he claims he does everything in pure self interest and his actions back it up (well at least he used to be like that). To top that off my friend is an Indigo. I bet I get some argument on this one, seems everything about Indigos say they have to be lightworkers(or at least move that way). When I first ran across a list of Indigo traits I was astounded. This friend, who I always considered a very 'one of a kind' hit on everything (except the politics which from what I see have seen may be wrong anyway). By the end of the list I had to pick my jaw up off the floor. Naturally my first thought was, hmm, how can I test it? So I found plans for a Kirlian Camera to show him (make good use of his how/why hehe). My thought was get him to try it – but after looking at the plans he said, “oh yeah, we did stuff with that in X University class”. Sigh, not gonna be curious. Then he added, “I always showed up dark blue”. Bingo! After that I couldn't help myself, I showed him the list of Indigo traits. Now he doesn't believe it, in fact he claims things like no psychic abilities. But I have seen it in action enough times. For him reading minds, just knowing stuff like exactly when people are lieing and finding the only shop in town that sells X in a strange city on the first try are just normal events. Ever meet someone that can walk down the street and hit a green light everytime? He also argued about the 'help the world stuff'. I pointed some stuff out, and he responded “But thats not why I did it.” Finally the worry: Since we have become good friends I think we are 'depolarizing' each other. Sometimes he explains his 'dark' approach to something and it makes sense so I go that way, and sometimes I talk him into a softer more loving light approach. Does this make us a form of 'poison' for each other? |
