Default Is anything ever NEW in physical reality

Is anything really ever NEW in reality.
Think about it, everything just changes form doesnt it?
If I ask you where your body comes from you'll say something like "semen and eggs" but what was the semen and eggs before it became semen and eggs?
Even every word that comes out of your mouth is really just air, its not new at all.
So I wonder does really ANYTHING appear out of nothing?

Ofcourse new transformations of form happens all the time, as the creative mind is infinite. but is there ever NEW form/substance?

Way to go on reducing abundance and diversity of all creation down to "nothing new"...! On the other hand, I can't blame you. I am not sure where you live and what you do, but that's what "life in the civilized world" tends to do to people.

The material content (whatever that is) may be the same, but nothing you experience is ever the same and that's all that matters! Even if every single day you experience might appear to be identical as does your body over all, nothing is ever the same! You may just happen to be trapped in a reality where things are in loopback mode. However, just because you (and possibly many others) are in loopback mode, that does not mean the universe is creating the same thing over and over.. It means it is doing that for you specifically.

Break the loop.. Focus your attention on diversity, richness of experience and abundance of creativity in nature and everywhere else in the universe if you want to see what that is like. If you dwell on and accept "there is nothing new", I shudder to imagine what your reality will be like.

It wasnt meant like that, its a philosophical question or what i shoud call it.
No experience or anything is been before, so in that manner EVERYTHING IS NEW. Cause everything is evolving and changing form constantly.

It's a pretty boring philisophical question.

Matter is conserved, yes. But depending on how you define "new", there can be new forms, new abstract ideas or entities, etc. Like most other boring pseudo-philisophical questions, this one boils down to semantics.

Actually, my body comes from a nebula. Where did yours come from?
