I think "one", "with or without you" and "vertigo" by U2 are good songs.

I also like "One" by Creed. That song really hit home with me.

-Good article, btw.

This was a fascinating read especially the part about how the heart over-rides the mind. I'm curious if there is any other part of your body that have a emotional part to it as well.

My priority list from coherence is more like this:

1. Hobbies, writing, art (When I think of them from coherence, I picture myself taking my time with them and enjoying the process rather than rushing it.)
2. Daydreaming
3. Relaxing
4. Connection
5. Fun

Why yes, I AM a self centered person. :P

Now, if I wasn't deathly terrified I wouldn't get any schoolwork at all done if I went on a coherence trial (I have to be dragged kicking and screaming to it), I'd do it. :/

Nothing happens till you’re in motion. If you stumble, trip, fall, or otherwise fail, that’s fine. You’ll learn from it.

Actually this would be a very important topic, although not really relevant to what this article was about.

You have mentioned the one and only body part that's able to paralyze the brain completely and take charge of the body - sometimes with devastating results. Maybe one day Steve will write an article about this.

Steve nails it again

It's all energy management, Tony Robbins talks about it, power up your state! Do something! *winks and fist pump*

That's all you need in life really. It's all emotion, energy, whatever you'd like to call it. It's in my every conversation, every action, it's in this post, it's reflected in everything you do because you can't separate your action from your energy as this post explained so well.

That's assuming you get your broader perspective, you are clear on who you are, your burning desire is on-lock and your concentration on your mission is dead-set, I-will-die-for-this-at-this-very-moment-for-what-I-stand-for, it's already done, a sense of 4-sureness is in your blood.

When they sync up, what do you get? So much you don't need to think about or care about. A life driven by ever increasing levels of growth-clarity-connection and awesome, the life of a celebrity.

Love you guys

Welcome back, Steve.
Lots of musical references in this article for some strange reason...

Interesting new trial, I hope there will be regular updates.

So what you're saying is: If you put yourself into a compassionate state of mind then write a priorities list, those priorities are likelier than usual to be compassionate?

Shocking.

I had the urge to get up at 1 am and print out the article and reread it.
Because I knew there was a great message here.
I didnt get some things the first time.

This may well be the best article yet! Another life changing tool.

Ill write more about my thoughts later. Just wanted to say this now.

I had to scroll down a few paragraphs to make any kind of connection with your title Steve. That's not a problem with your writing usually. For me, it's a hurdle I have to get through to read the whole thing. I wonder if other people are having the same issue. Just some friendly advice for your future writing.

Did you get some value from this article?

I think he explained about coherence very well.
