Sweet Picture

Love the new picture, very mysterious :d

I can't believe there are no comments yet on this post, I found it to be very extremely useful. I'm in the process of revamping my entire business; I'm dropping all of my clients, changing my pricing model, providing higher quality services, and moving to another city after Christmas.

As someone who loves change, this article came right when I needed it. I was able to use it to tweak my current business plan and am still doing so. I'm using the article to create a compelling plan over the next 30 days. In fact, I've included this article as part of my 30 day business/life revamp trial.

Who else found the business plan post to be useful? Or if you didn't like it, what about it did you find a complete waster of time?

I found the claims about raw food cleanse very interesting, if perhaps a little bit extreme.
I guess most people missed them because they didn't want to read an article about business plans...

I find it interesting that "Sales" is not an explicit part of it.

sales comes after knowing your offer and your customer. It's hard to sell if you don't have an offer that will appeal to customers, which is what the post was about.

Thanks Steve, I really liked that article.
Great to read another business article from you.

My online business is going very well, and I never had a business plan. Just a few written goals.
But I will create a plan soon.
I'm sure it would be very benificial. It would increase my motivation, clarify my vision even better and reduce stress.

I'm also looking forward to CSW :)

I thought the post was about creating a business plan, and in Steve's previous article on the topic many years ago, "Sales" was one of the headings, hence my surprise that it was absent this time around.
