Another biphasic sleep update?
Could you update us on how biphasic sleep as been working for you thus far?
Your last update was on April 4th of this year.
I'm interested in knowing how each of the following has faired:
-your general energy levels
-your mental performance
I'd like to switch to biphasic sleep to maintain an active evening social life while having the best of early morning productivity -- just as you've done.
