I'm looking forward to it. LS has made some good stuff so I'm not worried about the quality, just whether or not it's a good fit for me. If I like what I hear I can see paying, simply to avoid the hassle of having to match their schedule. But I do think they'd get more people paying for it if they reduced the price for the prerecorded version. <$8 a session isn't bad, but when it adds up to $148, you start wishing there were fewer sessions or something... Takes it out of the realm of the impulse buy. |

I just started listening to the first programme, anyone else find the bad audio quality disturbing? Obviously I'm not paying for this, but I'm having trouble concentrating on what is being said when all I keep thinking is they should have bought a better mic |

They do seem to have recorded the two main programs for day 1 through the telephone. In contrast notice how Paul's Double Your Reading program is a high quality studio recording. I don't know why they'd settle for using the phone instead of something with better audio quality like Skype, especially since they're planning on selling the set on CD. Seems a strange compromise. But I guess the important thing is the content not the production values, and for now it's free. We'll see what the audio is like for the rest of the festival. |

I agree with the audio quality. I also didn't like the fact that I couldn't rewind I also couldn't listen to the second one from day 1 or to any of the ones from day 2... they say that they are working on it though and that they'll re stream those ones. |

I rewound many times without putting it into full-screen mode. Also couldn't listen to the 2nd or 3rd audio. I just assumed it was my crappy internet connection. I hope I'm not missing anything. It said they would send an email when it was working again... |
