I hear you about public speaking and following the flow of inspiration. One thing I try to do in my lessons is embed anchors in the lesson itself, things that when I reach them in the lesson, trigger the loaded up inspired feeling. One way I do this is to use music as part of my lesson and choose songs that create an inspired feeling in me. In this way its win/win...I receive a burst of inspiration AND my audience gets to experience a different modality than straight lecture.

As far as co-creation is concerned, I like to assume everybody is the dreamer and that the character that can be manipulated is the dream itself.

Amazing post. I expect I will be using this idea in the near future. It fits in perfectly with what I'm doing in terms of working on social skills.

Lucid Dreaming 101?

Steve, great article as always!

I have a question for the people in the forum: how can I start having lucid dreams? Do you know any great resource to learn Lucid Dreaming 101? I've had a few at random points in my life but I want to start having more of them and to be able to have more control over them.

I want to learn if I can access and modify my subconscious minds (stuff at the beliefs & identity level) by lucid dreaming, like you do in ericksonian hypnosis and other techniques.

Regards,
