RER into Paris

OMG, I can't believe you opted to do like we did and take the train into Paris from the airport and not a cab! It was a fun experience, but looking back, I would have taken a cab only because my friends suitcase weighed like 70 lbs and he was tired of having to lift it over those turn stiles (until) we discovered the handicap one was a little bigger. But he still had to carry up and down the steps!!! We did take a cab from the hotel back to the airport though.

Not sure if you already did or not, but take a river cruise on the seine with Rachel. There is a little surprise when you get under one of the bridges for you and Rachel. I hope every tour does it, but just in case, take one that has the boat open without the food and music.

One other question, did you see the Tower Eiffel light up like a light show? Thats something that I didn't think it did, but it was late at night and it was like it was showing fire works! Also do you plan on climbing up? I didn't get to climb because the person I was with had knee issues :(

Enjoy the rest of your visit!!!

I think Steve manifested the vegan meal blunder by being so sure that the airline would make a mistake. Steve has always been good in manifestation. :P

I just wanted to mention that the reason European roads are all over the place is because the cities are super ancient, not because they were designed by a crazy person (: . Paris was settled by the Romans in about 50BC. NYC for instance was founded in around the 1600's so they have the grid system.
