Default How to stimulate inspirations?

Hi guys I saw this tweet "Inspiration always comes, but you must learn how to stimulate it first. " from Stevep
I wonder if you can help me understand

I am inspired quite a bit throughout the day but don't always take much action from this except physical action like going on a run after listening to Training Montage from Rocky lol.

What are good ways to stimulate inspiration for you ? Thanks for help

What inspires me, and that might sound weird is that, I see people who are lazy and unproductive and I do not want to be anywhere close to where they are, so that pushes me to do more, both physically as well as emotionally, spiritually.

I also have a number of Jack Canfield's books from Chicken Soup for the Soul series laying around all over the house and I randomly pick them up and read a page or two.

The interesting thing about inspiration is that it seems to almost always come after I've put my butt in motion and started working and moving. Just the act of getting started and fulfilling the intent starts the process in my mind.

A little music doesn't hurt either. But I do know that very rarely do I get inspired when I'm lounging around doing nothing. It's always after I've started working.

A challenging problem is the most powerful inspiration for me. I really loves the following quote.
Quote:
The greatest pleasure in life is in doing what people say you can't do!
One lesson that I am being able to learn is that whenever you put 100% effort in any work, you will succeed. Not 95% or 99% but 100% effort, it's like a step on a stair case, you can't seem to succeed if you raise to the 99% height of the step, but the moment you put that 1% extra effort, you are on the upper step all of a sudden. Also, I thinks "we never learn in a linear fashion but in jerks/steps".

And that is why if any problem arises that is challenging for me, "I say to myself, 'see you can't solve it, you are simply not good enough' ". And this always acts as a trigger for me and creates a wave of motivation.

(Life-Philosophy, Umm! maybe but I love it!)
