KaiZero is on a distinguished road
Default Does a Triphasic sleep schedule have to be REGULAR

Say I wanted to do the Everyman 2 nap

4.5 hrs core sleep 2 20 min naps

12:00am - 4:30am

Nap 6:50am-7:20am

Nap 4:40pm-5:00pm

Or would it HAVE to be something like, my core sleep evenly spaced between naps

4:10-4:30
~4 3/4 hrs later~
9:15pm-1:45am
~4 3/4 hrs later~
6:30am-6:50am
