Say I wanted to do the Everyman 2 nap 4.5 hrs core sleep 2 20 min naps 12:00am - 4:30am Nap 6:50am-7:20am Nap 4:40pm-5:00pm Or would it HAVE to be something like, my core sleep evenly spaced between naps 4:10-4:30 ~4 3/4 hrs later~ 9:15pm-1:45am ~4 3/4 hrs later~ 6:30am-6:50am |
