Default When did Steve change his rep status?
I just noticed it's not just a black square anymore. When did he change it? Was there a post where he decided to do that or explained it? Is the amount of rep he has the maximum available? Are those earned rep. squares from when he maybe previously had rep enabled for himself or did he just give himself lot's wen he turned it on?(I'm sure he would have earned them the old fashioned way had his rep been enabled before) Will he start repping people? Was he already repping people and I just didn't know because he's never given me any?

I just noticed two nights ago. I think people have actually given him all that rep. Although the green squares were disabled, I was still able to rep him a few times in the past.

Perhaps Steve figured it was time to show everyone what a high opinion he has of himself, and that's not a bad thing at all. It is his site, and he can do whatever he wants when it comes to his reputation. I find it funny, and if I ever have a forum I'm going to do the same thing, mostly so people can strive to reach my level of reputation, although they'll never get there if it is a billion, unless the whole world is reading.

I don't think reputations are very important, and there may even be some "insider trading" on this forum, and either way, it's pretty much meaningless unless you have "an unknown quantity at this point," which basically means you have a negative rep.

I also heard Steve will bump up your reputation in exchange for a donation.
