i'm curious what specific conflicts you are seeing

Agreed (in re: conflicting beleifs), it's just tough to see what's next. What do I do? What's the next step? How can I use my skills to go in the right direction? I'm already a vegetarian and working on going vegan, and I'm doing my best to be a lightworker, break away from destructive consumerism and help all those who i can while raising my consciousness.

I guess I'm scared that I'm missing something. I still keep going in that direction and work on my physical spiritual and mental growth.

your question.. "what's the next step?" is something I also constantly ask.

there are a lot of people who point out problems.. just tons and tons of people who do this. but out of all the problem-finding, the solutions are not stressed as much as they should be, i think

IMO the fundamental overarching solution is what the guy is talking about in the last hour of that video - discovering the self. Discovering yourself and lightening yourself naturally lightens the world, and so I think the Main Mission of all of us here is nothing more than "to be". It's not to achieve, but to be.

To exist as individuals and to re-find our own personal divinity. I think the guy has touched on something really important when he says to look at enlightenment not just as illumination, but also as lightening a burden in the sense of removing weight and becoming less heavy. This can be seen as becoming better humored, quicker to laugh and smile, cultivating that inner joy. Life wants us to be merry.

We are weighed down by the various distortions of our minds, and so our main mission as humans is to cast off our burdens.

He also touches on a few principal methods of achieving this, and I think we just can't stress these enough, in our own lives and when we teach our friends and acquaintances.

- Mix your thoughts with gratitude
- Seek silence and contemplation
- Appreciate the inanimate - plants, rocks, sky

As we lighten ourselves we lighten the world. It's impossible for us not to help the world, our very existence is progress. All it takes is becoming the being in "human being".

This is my own personal thrust, and I'm so glad that there are people out there with a similar idea.

So ripping out peoples heart while they are still alive in a ritualistic human sacrifice is a path to wisdom?

It always amazes me that New Age people really into "White light" and so forth, are so caught up in the Mayan calendar, 2012 etc.

So that is my opinion in general on the 2012 stuff. But I'll check out the vid.

Crap! It's three hours. Well anyway, I am familiar with all this stuff already. I've read most of David Ickes books, listened to Alex Jones for years.

Its funny though how this relates to my darkworker trial. David Icke got me interested in my geneology. I am actually about 1/4 blue blood through my Grandmother. I may have some great grand uncles that were Bonesmen.

I started thinking, through reading about this stuff, that these illuminati, free-masons, reptilian shapeshifters are pretty cool.

Ok, one last observation.

Conspiracy theory is so passive. It invloves no personal responsibility. Its so disempowering. Its just passively looking at the actions of "powerful" people and wringing ones hands and lamenting. Plus everything is looked at as being destiny.

So that's that's why I gave up on this crap. I'd rather take personal responsibility and accomplish things for myself than spend all my Time watching Bush and Dick Cheney and figuring out what their evil plans are.

Cool! One of my favorite authors is Saul Bellow. He was friends with, Allan Bloom, who was a disciple of Leo Strauss, the so-called "Godfather of the Neo-cons"

Bloom wrote "the Closing of the American mind" So, before Bloom died Bellow wrote an auto-biography called "Ravelstein" which I read also. That got me into reading Leo Strauss. Its pretty deep stuff. But I think he's great. Strauss got me into Classical philosophy. So Now I am reading Plato.

So many people have such a knee-jerk reaction about Leo-Strauss and Neo-cons, in the Bush administration, and think they know all about Leo Strauss and have never read him, but just read stuff other people read about him.

People don't realize that Clinton had a very similar foreign policy.

So anyway, I am glad I looked into Leo Strauss. Its good to see the other side of the coin. Especially after reading all the conspiracy theory stuff I was into for a while.

Now neo-conservatism, is just a small number of people. Most Jews are liberal democrats. And not all Neo-cons are jewish, but whenever people start talking about Neo-cons they invariably get into anti-semitic conspiracy theory.

Where I think the anti-semitism comes from is that the Jewish people through history have always been very progressive. A lot of people just don't like progress. Progressivism has been associated with the left, but I think more and more the left is becoming reactionary.

But in case people are skeptickal that this documentary is at least mildly anti-semitic, check out the first few minutes when he quotes Henry Ford,

and says somtning like "Now Henry Ford, had a pretty good idea of what was going on in the world..." or somthing like that.

Henry Ford was an outright anti-semite! He believed in the Legitimacy of the "Protocols of the Elders of Zion!" He looked at History as being primarily about Jews taking over the World!

The main benefit of this video is the last hour I think, which approaches PD from a unique perspective but recovers very similar results.

Personally i think conspiracy stuff is basically a waste of time. It's out of our individual spheres of influence. This goes for politics in general.

The greatest human achievements in science were made by Jews, thats for sure. The culture emphasises literacy and academics, and has always had the best schools for children, which is why a huge proportion of Nobel Prizes were/are won by Jews despite being far less than 1% of the Western population.
