I once downloaded a free paraliminal to try out what it was like. From that experience I am going to advise that if you are going to have anything to do with "Learning Strategies", be sure to give them a spam email address, because they sure like spamming a lot....

It took me a while to actually listen to any of the paraliminals, but I gotta say, the Dream Paraliminal is top notch. i freakin' love it. I use the dream paraliminal when I'm sick becuase it helps me fall asleep really fast. And I also use that one to have a lucid dream. I can't comment on the other ones, but the Dream Paraliminal gets a huge thumbs up from me.

I started using Paraliminals earlier this month. I've purchased several: Anxiety-Free, Automatic Pilot, Break the Habit, Get Around To It, Power Thinking, Talking to Win, and Self-Esteem Supercharger. I also have Dream Play. I really enjoy the mp3s. The thing I love best about Paraliminals is their work with your imagination and consciousness. The one on constant rotation and I'm most familiar with is Self-Esteem Supercharger. I read on their site that it lays the groundwork for all of the other sessions. The things I've noticed are subtle but empowering to want to keep listening everyday. I've noticed that I feel more centered and my breathing seems more relaxed. I listen twice daily. Once in the morning and one in the afternoon. I get beat up a lot verbally at work by my co-worker, so I feel this is a good thing to listen to before heading to work and during my half hour lunch break  . It especially helps during times of sadness or anxiety.I was interested in ordering the Enhanced Ultimate You Library.
