To be honest, Steve's site is a unique blend in and of itself. You can't really find an alternative to it. I'm certain there is no other blogger in personal development who has put in the sheer amount of time he has.
Certainly there are other blogs and websites that are trying to work up to his point. But we're not there yet by a long shot.

Keep searching. It's a great distraction from the truth. God forbid you actually wake up, and find out what your so desperately searching for has been right in front of your eyes all along.
Get off of the computer, go outside, and enjoy the best fall day of your life.

I enjoy Leo Babutta's Zen Habit's blog as well as Tim Ferris's 4 Hour Work Week Blog. Both have a similar agenda to Steve, a different way to live life plus selling books
Neither is identical to Steve's blog but I like to read multiple viewpoints so...

Just realized, Zen Habits has a forum. Previously, I only saw the blog/articles. If you go through Archives you can find it. Good info, but site is not very user-friendly.
I really appreciate Steve allowing links and recommendations to other sites. Some owners would not take kindly to this!
Also, if you are into an emphasis on health/fitness, try Craigharper.com.

If you're into the law of attraction at all: AbeForum.com is an incredibly lively Abraham-Hicks discussion board. It's content is comparable to the Emotional Mastery and Intention-Manifestation boards on the Pavlina Forum. It's very inspiring and empowering to those who resonate with it.
