Howdy, I'm watching the Shadow Effect DVD right about now. The book is coming in soon, and the audio book will be ordered later.

I'm actively beginning to explore everything I dislike outside me to see how it exists in me. It's been interesting.

To those who've read the book -- what are your thoughts? How do you connect the book's ideas to Steve's ideas?

I enjoyed the audio, mostly deepak chopra's section. I recommended you check out john demartini books he takes to a personal development level. He also talks about how we project our light onto others and admire their "positive" qualities when its actually we have but cant admit.
