First time posting here. I've followed your blog for years, but just recently followed my inspiration to join the forum. I felt to post today, if for no other reason than to say thanks. Steve, thank you so much for all of your posts, especially those from this month. They have shown me that I'm on the right path. I'm seeing parallels in my life of almost everything that you have written about. Not just one or two, but in nearly every line that you have written. I started a similar experiment at about the same time you did. I wasn't calling it living from a subjective viewpoint, but it was basically the same thing. Your posts have definitely helped me to clarify what I was trying to do. As a result of this experiment, I too have seen dramatic improvements in my relationships, and frequently in ways that I never would have imagined. I'm communicating much more often and making deeper connections with everyone I come in contact with. Things are just falling into place for me and for those around me. Friends that are unemployed are finding work. I'm just happier. I'm definitely seeing that living life this way is much better just because I feel so much more connected with everyone and everything. The anxiety of perceiving myself as separate and therefore not being safe is fading away, and rather quickly. The concepts of "oneness" and "being the thing that you desire" suddenly make sense, both of which are concepts I've struggled with for a long time. And thank you for the blessing of abundance and a windfall of money that you left us. I'm looking forward to that. Especially since I am hoping to win a home in an auction on Friday. Regardless of the outcome though I'm going into the event in an non-attached way, just curious to see what the outcome will be. I'm still working on immersing myself as deeply as you have into subjective living, and I'm finding it easier to do so every day. I can't wait to see what I'll learn tomorrow. So again, thank you, thank you, thank you. I love you, and appreciate what you do (while realizing of course that we are one). Oh, as a final thought, as far as the stress management goes, I've been exploring style number 3, and I've been trying to let go of beliefs. Really it has probably been more of a combination of all three styles of dealing with stress that you mentioned, but I've slowly been leaning towards number 3. While meditating the other day I came to understand intellectually how our beliefs, even those that we deem as positive can really limit not only our progression, but also the progression of others. Now I'm working on experiencing that understanding. I'll let you know how I progress. |

I seem to be working on the exercise thing now. I went for a 4-5 mile walk last night. And this morning I hit the gym and did a workout I believed would make me feel really good: 20m treadmill (HR 162) + 20m elliptical (HR 160) + 2-mile walk. Feeling really good from the dream endorphins now. |

Several messages on the subjective nature of reality collided in my dream at exactly the same time Steve began his experiment |

Oh man, I feel so good today! It's almost unbelievable! Looking at my full head of hair puts a huge smile on my face! I think I'll go ride my flying lions with my cute geeky girlfriend later today. That always relaxes me. Also having synchronicities like it's going out of style these days. Met an amazing 70 year old woman in the hospital today. She was me. Never been this convinced before. We talked about subjective reality and she knew all about it! I've never met a person before who already knew what SR was! She even had the same type of cancer as me! Talking to her almost made me cry. The doctors told her they might not be able to cure her, but we both knew better. Last edited by Dukie; 08-17-2010 at 05:55 PM. |

Synchronous indeed. Been traveling down the rabbit hole for going on 6 years now. Long story, but felt inspired, compelled, to add to the syncs. Starting three days ago a power surge tripped the power to the coffee maker making me reset the time. You guessed it 11:11. A recurring sign for me and many others. Two days ago felt the need to Facebook post the beginning scene in the Matrix where Neo is at his computer and he wakes up to see his monitor with the words "Knock, knock. Follow the white rabbit...". Simultaneously the scene flashed in my mind where Cypher is telling Agent Smith how tasty the steak is while smoking a fat cigar and how he wants to be reinserted. And then of course yesterday when I read Steve's blog post. Sync, sync, sync. Still amazes me. |

Rachelle told me when she got home after her show last night, the whole neighborhood was dark due to a power outage. As soon as she inserted her key into the lock, all the lights went on again. At the gym this morning, I noticed that the brand name of the elliptical machine I was using was "Matrix." Curiouser and curiouser... | |

Ok, now this is a little freaky for me. Not only does cortoca have an 11:11 in his username, but his post is the 77th post. Alongside that, Gene posted at 11:22 and 11 minutes later yooper posted at 11:33. Is it just me, or is that a LOT of repeating numbers ALL in a row? Edit: And I posted in a Palindromic time! Sweet! I'm currently reprogramming my dream world to the point that all my panic, anxiety and fatigue simply vanishes and becomes a thing of the past. Creative inspiration flows so fast I can hardly keep up with the ideas coming at me and my business finances pass the 5 digit threshold to 6 digits. As I do this for myself, I will do this for everybody, since we are the same. If any other dream characters want to offer assistance, great. We'll do this together! |

Funny, all you Matrix people - I actually had a Matrix dream last night! I dreamed my brother was watching the movie and I went into his room to play a game version of it, in which I made Neo fight off aliens. Now, I'm off to the airport! |
