We have met, yes. How we *know* each other, though, has very little to do with our meeting in person.

This makes it again so much more difficult to choose between CGW and NLP!!

I didn't *like* the Steve before much (no offense!), but I Love the Steve we're seeing now...

I actually dreamed last night, same weird, reality shifting dreams I had after reading Busting Loose. There was Steve, and then there was me, and there were others, and then my bedroom did a 180, ceiling became floor, then everything disappeared and became one.

The energy of this CGW seems something I'd LOVE to connect to.. maybe I will go.. cause NLP I can do later on, but this CGW seems special... I feel drawn to it.....

I hate choices!

Default Dreaming?

Steve, I guess I'm wondering what you're using as your definition of dreaming. If you use a definition from a dictionary, are you really dreaming? I believe reality is whatever I make it out to be, i.e., if I see a tree it's real. My house is also real because I'm sitting in it. For me that's how third dimensional reality here on planet earth works. Did I dream my reality into existence? Once again that depends on a definition. My thoughts created my reality. Did my thoughts come from dreaming? Could be.

Your audience is looking for an experience with you and your subconscious already knows what you want to share. That makes it real.

Speak from your heart, your subconscious already knows.

Default Is it binary?

Quote:
If subjective reality is false, then why does it generate results that are objectively better than an objective mindset?
Naturally there are a lot of variables in play here and many responses that come to mind, but foremost among them is this:

From an objective reality point of view, what properties of maintaining a (false) subjective viewpoint could be producing the positive results you're seeing?

For instance, you've mentioned in blog posts that you listen more, because you feel like you're listening to parts of yourself. However, from an objective reality point of view, it's simply the listening that's producing the results, not the illogical or magickal reasoning behind it. This doesn't speak to whether or not maintaining a belief in subjective reality is valuable -- as it clearly is, to you and so far, at least -- but it does speak to a mechanism through which a belief in subjective reality can create positive results without subjective reality being "true."

If inspiration strikes, I'd be interested in a blog post exploring possible answers to this question.

Study up on the enteric nervous system. Scientists are only beginning to scratch the surface of the power of "the brain in the gut" even though I'd say most people know what a "gut feeling" is and the disasters of not following it. I think this is a case of religion/spirituality being ahead of science, just like in positive psychology. Science will soon catch up.

Wow, Steve. I've gotten motivated by your articles before, but this one . . . Wow. I swear I could feel the chills in my bones and the pit of my stomach. And the time that I was reading the article, during an intense thunder and lightning storm, just exponentially increased the feeling! You can count me in for CGW5! I just need to suffer through working at Burger King so I can afford to fly down to Vegas for a weekend (it's my first job and my parents aren't into the whole "personal development" stuff, meaning they probably won't help pay, and would rather I just settle down into my job, finish High School, and go to college. But that's a different story for a different time) so I can go!

As an aside, if someone is looking to split a room, I'm 18 right now and would love to cut the costs down as much as possible to increase the chances I can go. Right now, it's looking like I'll just be able to make enough money to go, so it isn't any huge issue, but help would be appreciated.

I started reading up on subjective reality, which just earlier this morning I knew nothing about. It is very interesting. Some of your older blog posts are about subjective reality as well.

Steve, can you tell us your thoughts on objective reality? and subjective vs objective and what it means to you?

I would appreciate it.

I have to say no to this actually. So far I seem to be immune to your trial.
I wonder why. Does this mean I'm a real person and not one of your dream puppets? Do I represent a greater challenge for you to reach?

I follow this trial with some extra interest because theories about the true nature of reality is interesting to me. As well as the power of inspiration which I seem to only be hit with once every few years.

Can anyone recommend a good book as an introduction to subjective reality? It sounds like a fast ticket to oneness.
