Thanks for the recent replies, everyone. As for the basketball trick, it's not something I'm interested in doing. It was just an example I thought of to demonstrate that difference between can and possibly can in my mind.

Steve just wrote a relevant paragraph in his blog that I like:

Most important of all is this. Don’t copy what I’m doing. What works for me may not work for you at all. Conduct your own experiments to figure out what works best for you as an individual, whether you’re pursuing increased sales, better health, greater happiness, etc.
@Summerwish, funny you should mention making YouTube videos. I've actually been busy working on exactly that. I've been more productive since I originally asked this question, so thanks again for everyone's responses. You helped me get over some of my thinking that was holding me back.

Agreed. 500K will provide all sorts of possibilities. Including the possibility of living comfortably without income for extended periods.

Awesome!

LOL, "That's okay, I'm not a platonic solid either."

It seems you have quite an avid interest in geometry. Until today I wouldn't have had a clue what a platonic solid was. The study of geometry was just something I just tried to survive. I'm sure schools could use fun educational videos about geometry.
