Default Help. The LOA requires "you live now."

Hi,
this is what I've come to realize. The LOA requires you live now, that means in the present. Future and past do exist only in your mind. To be able to act like you're wealthy while on broke means you only consider the present.

But, this is so difficult for me. I can't help myself as a student. I wake up in the morning, take a glance at my schedule and this happens: thoughts of future. "We will have math test on thursday", "I must submit my report by midnight tonight", "I've not finished my essay yet", etc. A person that lives in the present would say "YOU think you'd have math test...", "YOU think that the report is due by midnight", "YOU think that you've not finished [this one is quite complicate, don't you see?]". Yes the test can be cancelled, the report due can change, etc. But, it's still difficult for me. Even speaking of it reminds me of the 9 math thursday quizzes remaining and my essay 2.1, 3.0, 3.1 and 4, etc.

Should I remove the schedules I've scothed on my wall? What if I don't graduate in less than 3 years as I've planed? What if I can't get my gf to come here live with me? What if my job application doesn't succeed?

I can't help bad-thinking about the future

To live in the moment you also have to manage the practical aspects of life. In the way we've set up physicality, you'll need a calendar and a watch to get things done. If you lived on a deserted island, you wouldn't need those things.

Saying "I have a math test on Thursday" doesn't take you out of the present.
Saying "I'm going to do well/not-well on the math test" takes you out of the moment because you've got an expectation of the future.

Don't sweat the minor blips into the future to plan the practical aspects of your life.

If you look at the schedule on your wall and go into fear because of it, yeah, you just left the present moment.

Default the future is now

Its about bringing the future into the present moment. Its about deciding now what will happen in the future. Visualise yourself passing all the exams, see your self graduating when you wish. Say already now: I am so greatful that I have passed my exams so easily. I am full of knowladge and it just flows out on the page"- feel the feeling you would get if you were to get top grades.Focus on that.
Yes the future is now- decide now how it will work out for you .I dont think denying your exam would be wise, but rather feeling feeling full of confidence that you are succeeding

That's what I was missing Thanks Danas.
I'm doing great on my tests and exams, I just feel how long is it to graduate. It's long and I don't know if I'll continue to do great as I've started...
