The Art of Manliness | Men's Interests and Lifestyle

This has become the only other self-development site which I read without feeling that "I read it before", but, as you may notice from the name, it is gender specific, though I guess ladies could get some insights from it as well.

Articles are usually long and well researched without the typical "10 point bullet list" crap that's everywhere...

Some of the other sites I like (note: these are mostly entrepreneurs too)

entrepreneurs-journey.com
smartpassiveincome.com
manvsdebt.com
iwillteachyoutoberich.com
davidrisley.com
chrisguillebeau.com/3x5

If you lean more toward the biz side of things, any/all of these are a great read!

good list! My own site is about personal development with a focus on relationships. I inject a lot of my personality into my writing and I always stay away from the cliche crap that is everywhere.

To add to your list:

farbeyondthestars.com - blog on minimalism and business
fourhourworkweek.com/blog (tim ferris)

I don't look much for written material these days, I just love to listen to wonderful coaches and authors, but I bet that the blogs of the people I listen to are about as good as their shows and podcasts are. I know Michael Neill offers tips at geniuscatalyst.com, but I don't bother to go there cause I just downloaded 170 radio shows with him and I listen to him every day. I bet that he shares the same mind-blowing simple and effective ideas on his written blog.

Honestly, since I saw what can be learned in an NLP course and what a coach can help you do in 20 minutes, I'm not so sure how important it is to constantly read about and about personal development. There are a few great books that I want to pick up, work with, test the ideas within, I like to listen to authors counsel people one-on-one, but I'm not sure how much value I could get from reading 100 more articles on motivation or courage or stuff like that.

Steve is at the top of the list for me with Scott H.Young and Chris Guillebeau but how about other languages ? Since Steve is right now brushing up is French, here are some good PD blogs "en français" :

- Ceclair.fr
- Des-livres-pour-changer-de-vie.fr
- Albanblog.fr
- Nicolaspene.fr
- Christopheandre.com

and my own contribution :

- Revolutionpersonnelle.com

Any other French PD blogs ?

Merci !
