It's just a question ..

I don't think it's disrespectful ..

However imagine that reading 500,000 posts is hardly manageable..

Should we do some math?

500,000 x 1 minute/post = 500,000 minutes = 347 days to read all the discussions. lol

and that would be roughly 1100 working days ... without stopping to cover all the discussions

Sorry for getting a bit too deep.

I suppose Steve visits his forum at least once every day, just like I like to throw my eyes at least one every day on over 20 something websites of mine.
