The thing that makes these videos so worthwhile in my opinion is the fact that Steve lives by what he teaches. Ending a marriage no doubt takes courage and that's exactly what he calls for in the videos.

Wow, this has come at such a great time for me! I recently quit my dayjob to give a shot at pursuing my passion of painting/illustration (I was already taking little commissions on the side, but wanted to be more focused on it all.) It was kind of weird though because I was having some possibilities show up that were GREAT for where I'm trying to go, but I was feeling a little nervous about them . . . Which made me start questioning if I actually was following what I love. I started kinda feeling like I don't actually have ANY passion. But just putting the buzz of courage inspired by this video toward those situations clears the path of passion for me again. So it's really nice that the universe would so swiftly correct my misdiagnosis regarding the state of my bliss, ha ha.

Thanks Steve! It's neat to finally see you show off your Toastmasters skills.

I'm glad that you brought up the importance of courage. It made me realize that I need more courage, not just in the manifesting/action stage but in the earlier intention stage. Like in your early example of how thinking about having lots of money makes most people nervous, I've been shying away from even visualizing my dreams because it makes me feel so uncomfortable. The act of visualizing triggers feelings of inadequacy and so my vibration doesn't rise to the higher level of my goal.

You said that when you're in the action phase, having courage means saying yes to the new vibrational experiences as they come to you. How would courage be applied to the intention phase? How can you make your desires feel closer or more reachable (and so raise your vibration)? Is it just a matter of repetition or is better to start out with more modest aims?

Thanks again Steve. Great stuff. BTW, I laughed out loud at the beginning of Part III (wimpy robot voice: "I'm trying to manifest a life of passion and excitement"). Been there, done that. :P

So great! I was feeling abundance, noticing that I was getting alpha reflections, but being a little "weirded out" by the manifestations, and wondering why that was. A few moments later you put these videos up and I think I got a big part of the answer, courage. ALLOW yourself to be ok with getting what you want. It's ok to feel good. Doesn't mean there's danger on the other side.

I also had been stressing a bit over guilt I was feeling about breaking off a friendship (something you and I had talked about before). I DID break off the friendship, but I was feeling a little bit like the "bad guy", and now I realize that the guilt isn't necessary, I'm actually being very brave by allowing myself to say goodbye to an old way of being, an outdated "heartset" that just doesn't feel right. Like you said in the video, when you change for the better, things that you may be used to can start just feeling "off" to you. And no matter how hard you try, you can't make yourself feel positive again about something you know in your heart is wrong for you. I think it's literally your vibration pulling you away from what you don't want, and you can physically feel that "push" away from what's harmful.

I thought the caricature you did of the person who is at a low vibration and saying that LOA must not be true was very effective to me on showing the contrast between literally EMANATING the feeling of abundance, and not just TALKING about it, intellectually. That is not something you would have really been able to convey as well in an article. So I'm glad you're incorporating video into your blog, for me this was a very effective "talk".

Wow. It's weird how I just came off 30 days of doing this (visualizing) and blogging about it. Definitely want to keep it as a habit so I'm doing it 30 more days and I got the idea from your Shifting Your Vibration article. I notice that fear seems to...dissolve if you keep doing it. You replay it in your mind and it keeps adding fuel so eventually desire kind of overrides fear and you'll find yourself taking a small step in the direction you want to go. I also experienced the crying thing. Is it possible that crying is a pointer to what you REALLY want to do?

I love the video, Steve. When you explain the abundance thing, I feel certain that it really works, like there's no doubt about it. I could remain in that state if I wanted to...

Cool stuff, Steve! Cool stuff. You should do more videos in the future! The quality came out nice.

You sound different than I thought you would. I have seen videos with you before but always had them muted, lol.

BTW, my mom used to have a similar eagle/bird statue that I saw on the left in your video.

I enjoyed the vid, and am glad that I was part of the inspiration for it.

As for new suggestions (per the last sentence of your post), I would also like to see something on bringing traffic to a website. Another one that would resonate well with me would be something on the specifics of transitioning from a caree when you feel like you're trapped there by circumstances. This post was good for that in a way, but I'd be up for more avenues to create this new reality.

Anyway, great post. Look forward to more of these in the future.

These videos are amazing!! I've always been interested in LoA but never had any luck with it, and now after seeing these videos I think I know why! You have to have COURAGE to accept what you attract, and take action to accept it. I now see that I have had a lot of things come to me that I simply rejected because they were out of my comfort zone, and I was only expecting things that would fit into my world, but if the whole point was to change my world, of course the things that come to me are not going to fit until I make them fit! When Steve talked about how you will first notice things in your every day life aren't resonating with you anymore, and then how you will soon see things that at first seem uncomfortable to you, that's when it hit me...I HAVE been successful at LoA, but just didn't have the courage to accept my new life!!

Thank you so much for these videos, Steve!! I know they will help so many people finally master creating abundance in their lives!!

Apparently my internet connection is having a scarcity vibe right now -- the videos would pause for a long time in HD mode.

I had much better luck when turning HD mode off.

Default Greatest Post You Have Ever Done

Steve, this is the most tremendously useful and concise posting you've ever done. I've been following your blog from early on and nothing you've posted has been quite so inspiring except perhaps the early posts about shoplifting.

Please keep doing video posts your thoughts become tremendously more compelling in this format then when you write. I feel like you cut the bs and are much more inspired in this format compared to the logically limited and well thought out articles you post.

The structured format people expect from formal writing I think limits creativity and inspiration.

It's kind of like in the show Curb your Enthusiasm starring Larry David (writer of seinfield). In my opinion and many others that show is much funnier than seinfield. The dialogue is completely improv although they do follow a plot outline.

Anyway i'm very grateful for this post. I feel like link opening a treature chest in the legend of zelda and getting the hookshot or something. Some great AHA moments.

Oh and I hope you enjoy the quantum balance crystals we sent you and your wife (edit: close friend... ahem )! Im confident they will help you manifest the heart centered abundance your moving towards.

Great video. It made me think about some issues in new ways.

Also, thanks to Zas who wrote about new opportunities showing up and make you feel doubt, "Which made me start questioning if I actually was following what I love. I started kinda feeling like I don't actually have ANY passion."

That's exactly how I've been feeling for a long time. And now that I quoted that I started crying. This must be the critical point where I have been unable to see the truth.

Well I have been lucky enough to manifest things so my life to be more in tune with the way I envisaged it, and yes it exactly what you said, "courage".

I think the journey in getting there is hard to do though (because courage is a hard thing to embrace), but once you get there it's awesome. I do often smile now at how happy and content I am and yep I sit in my car when on a driving trip, and thank the stars above for how content I feel.

The one thing I am struggling with is the money aspect, I am at a place where more money is coming to me and finding it hard to get past that "I will lose it all tomorrow if I don't keep it locked up safely and don't touch it". I am not enjoying having money as much as I thought I would, it scares me.Well I guess the next journey for me, is learning how to enjoy it I find it really hard to let go of money...I think this has a lot to do with my childhood and my father spending frivolously and I never wanted to do that. When I saw him wasting money, I was wanting him to save, so we could live in a nice house. This has always been my dream. The irony is I now have a deposit for a house.

What's a good and free way to convert a youtube video into an audio or video file so I can load up the video into my ipod to listen while I drive?

Use WinFF (if you have a PC, and you can convert the .flv file to an mp3). WinFF - Free Video Converter

It's one of the easiest media converting programs I've ever used, and it's free.

You can attach them with Audacity after that, or just put them in a playlist.

I'd just like to post to say thanks for showing the video. It's really been like an explanation for the past 2(?) years of my life. I've been really focusing hard on being positive/envisioning a future I want, despite being around a lot of negativity, and I've gone a long way/my experience of reality/what's been shown to me has changed greatly.

A variety of issues with the way I think/focus has cropped up, but right now, the courage issue is definately something I have to face and move forward through.

I've been so laser beamed on the relationship/intimacy aspect on my life recently, that I've been slowly but surely developing/changing into having a vibe/heartset more in tune to that. As a result, the amount of opportunities I've been getting recently has been freaking me out (I literaly think to myself, "whoa, I've got powers"). So, I'll keep focusing on what I want and make a move next chance I get. I already have, I'll just be more consistent.

Thanks, again!

The page also has a little video review, too.

Hope that helps.

Steve - your video was great!! I love how you're adding this whole new dimension to your blog. I hope you don't give up writing all together though. I think both the video and written articles can both add a diffferent kind of value to your site.

All it took was 1 minute of Steve to shift out of this negative place I was in. Feel like you saved my life.

I was already on a really good path, but kept getting stuck & this week it took a negative turn. Today I woke up knowing something had to change as I couldn't stay in this place anymore. Then Steve reminded me of the message that I've given to others about how what you want should be stronger than what you don't. Once you shift into focusing only on that and let go of the other stuff, can you finally live the life you want. Which means you need to pay close attention to everything until you incorporate it fully into your life. Even something minor can be having an impact.

This is how powerful someone like Steve can be in positively influencing lives. So when he does something you "think" is wrong, realize how powerful he is and that all his decisions come from that place. Which means the choices for himself (and those he's close with) are powerful and positive as well.

I'm beyond grateful. Off to experience a good, good day...

Wow, I myself was amazed how much quicker I can absorb the message of your post when it's in video format as opposed to text or audio. I's all around more expressive, I could see your body language, feel the vibration of what you were saying, what you were saying just seemed simpler to get. I really hope you stick with this new medium for at least 30... years? Nah. In 30 years we'll have emotion-sensing devices or something... but for now I think videos are your way to go.
Hope to see more of the vlog posts soon.
