Looking for an article
 

One of Mr Pavlina's blog posts, about how to become less reactive. I have used the search function, but all I remember is how eventually a voice from within can be heard saying, "It's not about you, it's about them." only it's all broken up with ellipses to demonstrate how faint this is at first. Would anyone happen to remember the article title? So sorry to be any trouble, all consideration muchly appreciated. :)

I think the first paragraph was a reference to other self-help books, pointing out that while many of them were correct in saying that someone was not worth your emotional energy... very few go into exactly how to stop expending said energy.
