I hate asking these questions cause I normally can find this stuff on my own with a little searching, but I've been pouring over archives and am stumped. I remember an old blog post by Steve on connecting with strangers. The gist of it was to assume that the "stranger" was just an old friend, and treat them accordingly. The article has stuck with me and I'd like to re-read it but have thus far been unsuccessful finding it. The search function isn't helping me much. Any help would be appreciated. ;p Thanks.
