Question Will power

So, I have been reading the article about self discipline.
I sort of wasted the last 10 months of my life, the description is about the same as what Steve says about when he was 20, I have had will power to do something about it and as Steve explains as well: will power is for sprints only, not a marathon.
Self-Discipline: Willpower

Right now I have the will power to work on my self discipline again. A lot actually. But I already know as it has happened much more before it will all be over next week. So, what do I do now to make sure I can continue improving my life, activity, productivity and self discipline for the rest of the time? What did you people do to do so? Steve, what did you do?

When you find your true passion willpower will naturally come.

Training my self discipline is not my true passion.

For me, getting organized was the key. If you're not keeping track of your to-do's and setting goals, you'll never get anywhere. 'Getting Things Done' by David Allen is the best place to start.

I certainly agree it is a good method. For me, I am now on day 5 of my 30 day challenge to enlarge self-discipline. And because that is such a wide topic, that is quite hard. I have a calendar and a list of items I want to do (but do not do often), and I force myself to do a drawing exercise and make a list of what to do tomorrow daily. For all those things to do, I have per day on my calendar a set amount of how many things with exception of my to-do and my daily exercise must be done, and I can now walk to my list, pick an item and do it!. Also, making to-do list on forehand works really well, and walking to my calendar and see how much more I have done these last 4 days than I believe I did in the days before is very motivating!

Ill see if I can find some info about 'getting things done', and if I can get it from the library here.
Thanks for the advice!

I did not mean self discipline. When you find your true passion in life (could be anything), you will always be inspired to take action so you will have natural willpower.

An easy way is just to use you imagination, make it circumstance different 99% you arent even looking at it the right way now. Imagination defeats will-power any day.

Just try lots of goals either you'll find something your passionate about or you'l develop discipline, win win

Maybe you could increase the length of the sprint this time? Just because "will power is for sprints" doesn't mean that sprints have a fixed length. In fact, sprint a little further this time than you thought you were capable of.

In the mean time, focus on whatever goals energize you. Also remember all the other components of self discipline Steve wrote about in his article: acceptance, hard work, industry and persistence.

As for now, my will power (thanks to many articles) still large, and I will of course stretch it as much as I can .
@simona,
You did not mean self discipline, but I did. I already am able to do those few things I really am passionate about, but my life is a bit larger than that. My post was a request for tips on keeping the stimulation to develop my self (discipline) going
