Default Suggestion: Write about information overload

I didn't know where else to put this so sorry if I'm in the wrong section. I think a good article idea for Steve would be to write about how to manage information overload.

I thought of this after going on Digg and thinking about the people there who digg hundreds of stories and go there all day. Although Digging may be important, it might be a good idea to write about it and ask people to reflect on what they're doing and whether it is necessary. Surely no one in the world needs to read hundreds of articles a day and outweigh the benefits versus time spent in doing so.

Why don't you write it? You've identified the need, you have an opinion, and there's lots of ways for you to get it out there.

I understand that Steve's opinion is highly valued but he has his own agendas, his own ideas that are begging to receive life. While I'm sure the suggestions of his base sometimes influence his choices, I think it shows that you've really benefited from his work when you take the initiative.

Maybe his problem is that he doesn't know how to better manage information overload. I also wish Steve wrote about that, since he has been known to offer great advice for solving twisted problems.
Hey, maybe I will write an article

Hi crazlunatic:

Great suggestion. Your comment inspired this post, so I thank you.

Also a great suggestion from Eric Revelin. You identified a need and have an opinion; you are as qualified as any to write on the topic.

Yours truly,

Anna Keane
