i've found steve's blog when searching for "earning money with blogging". with steve's posts i've found a deeper answer for my questioning. and that's why i still read his blog. because of his ability to return a more valuable answer to questions that most of us make. |

It worked for the first few weeks but I've lapsed again into getting up late (although not as late as I used to). I should read that article again.

Yep, definitely his "How to become an early riser post" was the one for me I was just under a lot of stress and pressure back around May/June of 06, and a thought that waking up earlier would be beneficial led me to his site. Needless to say, I pretty much read every article and blog post on his site, and its had a huge effect on my life as a student (a very positive one). |

I came across Steve's blog somehow when looking up information on polyphasic sleeping. It started as another interesting website I was randomly looking into... then I began to find things that interested me on a very deep level. At this time in my life (about a year ago), I was full of mental, chaotic confusion. The more of Steve's blog entries I read, the more truth and sense I began to find. Much sleep was lost from reading his articles late at night. It was perfect timing, really. At a huge turning point in my life, I come here. Law of attraction? I'd have to say yes. |

After a particularly vicious row with my best friend she said to me "the most important person in the world to you, is you!". Ouch I had a long hard think about this and asked a few people I trusted if they thought it was true. I didn't hear what I wanted to. I also evaluated my life for the first time and realised what a mess I had made so far. I went onto Google and typed in "Goal Setting", et Voila! Since I was a teenager I have never had such a dramatic shift in my consciousness or energy. Thanks Steve. Last edited by free spirit; 11-16-2006 at 01:02 PM. Reason: spelling! |

I came across steve in the old dexterity.com , he is the guy who inspired me to develop a dweep cloned game by the name prodigious escapee (freeware). He is also the guy who opened me up to eastern philosophy ( The irony is i'm from the east I believe Steve articles are calibrated extremely high in the map of consciousness ( there is a similar version in buddhism ) devised by David Hawkins in his book - power Vs force . This probably explains why million of us are drawn to his site and forum everyday because it's so full of positive power and energy. Keep the positive power flowing more , Steve and Erin , that's my wish |

I found Steve's website through a search engine trying to figure out how to get up early in the morning. I read his article on How to Become an Early Riser. Sadly...I'm STILL not an early riser...lol...BUT, it was through that article that I found his website...and there are many, endless articles there that have helped change my life for the better. I'm very thankful for this website...and I am still working on becoming an early riser...I'M NOT GIVING UP!! ;-)

I found Steve's site through numerous links to it...I think the first link was to the polyphasic sleep experiment and that piqued my interest. After noticing that I kept getting sent to his site and seeing his name bandied about everywhere, I decided to subscribe to the RSS feed. I tend to gloss over the psychic phenomenon articles as not really interesting to me. I wouldn't say that I've been overly affected by anything that he has written, but the articles that I do read are very well written and have certainly been educational. |

I am in the "How to become an early riser post" camp. After google search on the subject I read that post and sat by the computer for the better part of that day reading articles. Still check the site almost every day after more than a year.

I found this site by searching for "the meaning of life" (Hey, I was having a bad day). That was 2 weeks ago. Since then I have recommended this site to everyone I know, and a few people I dont. Its intelligent, witty, filled with great people and, most importantly of all, its actually gotten me to change. Since joining, I have been inspired to engage in 2 VERY unlikely actitivies (if anyone here knows me, I suggest you firmly seat yourself before reading on): 1. I've started waking up earlier 2. I'm joining Toastmasters - first meeting in less than 2 weeks I love that I've made these 2 commitments & am following through. I'm starting to believe that there is hope for me to really live and not just plod along in a mildly depressed, barely conscious stupor (you should see me first thing in the morning. Like the Hulk almost said 'You would not like me when I'm groggy". I probably also look a bit green.) I'm truly grateful to Steve for sharing his clarity, wisdom and truth. Thanks! |

My job was really sucking and I was thinking about quitting. I was reading a bunch of articles on legitimate reasons to quit when the '10 Reasons You Should Never Get a Job' post showed up on Google. I read that then glanced left to the list of other articles...

1. My sister was looking into lucid dreaming, and we stumbled across it. Shortly afterwards, it became my religion. 2. The metaphysics were the most interesting, the nutrition articles were the most informative, and anything dealing with mind control was the most inspiring. 3. Well, like I said, it became my religion...well, not really, but it changed my entire outlook on life. |

In my 2 weeks on the site, I've found frighteningly immediate results from following the suggestions made in the articles about: time management (timeboxing!), motivation (frequent revisiting of P.D. CD's), and productivity ("nothing is free if it costs you time").
