mmm interesting. When I was 14 I changed the spelling of my given name to one I prefered. I've just added up the letters and I've gone from a 9 to an 11. However my full name (with or without my middle name) adds up to 10 as does my birthday so that doesn't work. Today as I was filling up with petrol I put in £20 and got 22.25 litres. Just as I was thinking, dang I could have least got 22.22 litres if the angels loved me I heard a voice saying look at the pump number and it was 11. I know it's not unusual for most people to look at the pump number but it is for me (I'm normally the ditzy woman inside the petrol station squinting out the windows trying to work out which pump I used). Does it count that when I added in a packet of nuts my total bill was £21.12 and the time was 18.18? Has the matrix opened or am I deluding myself? |

i was reading this article, and at 11:11 i thought i was procrastinating... which i am. 11:11 is part of the timing rhythm of synchronicity. once we know that, we can ask other questions. for instance: are there larger structures of synchronicity other than hours and minutes? Yes: the seven days we have per week are part of that same system. Unfortunately after that our system breaks down, with uneven months. if you look at tidal systems or gestation periods of animals, they happen in discreet 28 day chunks. what can be interesting about this is that it is possible to subdivide the year in 13 of these months. (plus a bonus day). It would be easy to observe the 11:11 type coincidences on a more grand scale. something like finding yourself in a state of heightened consciousness on the 3rd of every month. |

this reminds me of the 9/11 conspiracy. " 1) New York City has 11 characters. 2) Afghanistan has 11 characters. 3) Ramsin Yuseb has 11 characters. (Terrorist who treated to destroy the twin towers in 1993) 4) George W Bush has 11 characters. Simple coincidence maybe 5) New York is state number 11. 6) The first airplane who hit the tower was flight 11. 7) Flight 11 was transporting 92 passengers. The math 9 +2 = 11 The flight 77 who crashed in the tower transported 65 passengers. The math 6+5 = 11 9) the tragedy happened September 11th, or : 9/11. The math 9+1+1=11 10) The date is the same as the US emergency police phone. 911. The math 9+1+1 =11. ; Coincidence??? Not finished yet 11) The total number of victims aboard the airplanes is 254. The math: 2+5+4= 11. 12) September 11th is the 254th day of the calendar Once again: 2+5+4=11. 13) the explosions of Madrid have occurred the 3/11/2004. The math 3+1+1+2+4= 11. 14) The tragedy of Madrid happened 911 days after the twin towers incident. The math 9+1+1=11 .... Getting weird heh? One of the symbols of the USA is the eagle, read below. The following verse is from the Koran, (the Islamic Bible) Koran (9:11 ) - For it is written that a son of Arabia would awaken a fearsome Eagle. The wrath of the Eagle would be felt throughout the lands of Allah and lo, while some of the people trembled in despair still more rejoiced; for the wrath of the Eagle cleansed the lands of Allah; and there was peace. (Note the verse number!) Hmmmmmmm?! Not convinced? Now, the freaky part : open Word pad or Word Microsoft 1. write in capitals Q33 NY. It is the flight number of the first airplane who hit the towers 2. Underline Q33 NY. 3. size the writing to 48. 4. Change the font to WINGDINGS. " also check out derren brown on youtube I think he explains this kinda thing well. What connection do you think a gap in the matrix has to do with the 2 tower attacks? |

Okay, I chose the blue pill, haha. Funnily, I consider the path of the blue pill (i.e. being sceptical) the one which leads to true understanding of reality. The path of the red pill is the path of make-believe, misunderstanding, conspiracy theories and religious fanatism, which pretty much dissolves any attraction it may have had to me. More importantly, it seems to me that "11:11" thinking may be a serious obstacle to personal development. With "11:11" thinking I mean seeing patterns where there are none, and hence turning off the part of your mind which may notice when you are thinking nonsensical thoughts like "I am a miserable failure, because everyone in my family is" (i.e. a nonsensical pattern) or "I failed this exam but its not my fault, because I did not study for it". It is precisely the ability to be critical of the patterns that you perceive or that are ingrained in your mind which makes change possible. Which makes conscious personal development possible. Hence, I find it quite surprising to see this post on this personal development blog. 11:11 is pretty much harmless. The mode of thought which it represents, however, is far from harmless as far as I can see. p.s. Steve, you can get a hug for all the inspiring articles I read here anyway |

For me it has always been my birthday - 12:23 - that is the number I randomly see on the clock a lot. I don't think that everyone sees the number 11:11 for whatever reason. I think I am still in the doorway, so I have no idea what it means that I see 12:23 a lot, but I guess I will try to pay more attention now. I always just thought it was a strange coincidence. |

Interesting. I was born on November 11th, so I was pretty interested to read the article. However as many times as I looked at the clock, it never shown anything that made 11. Can this be a sign? |

Hmmm, my post comes at "Today, 09:11 PM". 9+1+1 = 11. Am I going crazy or there is really something in this 11 stuff? I am sure it's not really 9.11PM at your place now, it should be at least 5 hours earlier. And I just made 56 posts! Last edited by prasunsen; 02-04-2009 at 08:17 PM. |

Ok, this doesn't work for me at all...my zip comes up 9, my phone (both home and cell) come up 9. Right now it's 3:43...that's 10. I don't get this at all! I have noticed something similar in my life with my birthday, 8/24. Many times during the week I look at the clock at 8:24 and at least 3 times a week there is a car driving in front of me with 824 somewhere on it's license plate. 824 comes out to 4?!?! Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Mark |

Very interesting. I don't have the energy to read the article now, maybe tomorrow. But tomorrow i'm going to write a small application that just adds the digits of numbers until we get two digits and let's see what we get >=] I'm not skeptical, I simply like to ask questions. good night (or good morning? it's midnight here...) |

| Like I said earlier, I actually had an 1111 moment earlier today, surprisingly on the same day you brought this number up. If you number crunch on a regular basis this will happen more often than you think. I still think this was just a coincidence. I doubt I'll see this number again before it's due.

Wish I were a skeptic, I actually want 1111 to happen for me so badly, but nada! Nothing in my life adds up to 11. Heck I even specifically decided I was gonna watch for 11.11 p.m last night, but alas, I fell asleep and awoke at some obscure time. Anyway, for those who see this pattern, good for you. I don't believe in mere coincidence. The stuff that happens for me is for example, I'll be talking to someone in the car and mention a name or word, then look up at a billboard or something and that word will be right there. It's really freaky when it happens. Or like the other day I was correcting student essays (I'm not a teacher) and one of the students had written about Kobe Bryant. As I finished that essay, I joked to someone in the house about Kobe Bryant. My TV was on(CNN), but on mute. I look up and right there was Kobe Bryant, I was like, WTF? Wayne Dyer puts it well: "the universe conspires to bring into your reality that which you intend". I better start intending 1111. Then figure out what to do with it. at first i was skeptical but then I realized; i do believe in a subjective view of reality, and I notice synchronicites all the time. The problem is that, I don't believe in explaining things using non-objective criteria. While reality might in fact be subjective due to individual differences in perception, I believe in using objective measures of reality when dealing with others or coming up with explanations. using subjective explanations of reality lends itself easily to supernatural explanations or seeing patterns where there are none. Things might in fact be supernatural, but there is no need to always resort to supernatural explanations, when simple ones work fine. BUT I admit the subjective model is quite effective in changing the results you get in life. In other words, delusion is functional and is often a completely effective strategy. right or wrong, its the results that matter. UNLESS the wrong belief system puts you at an objective disadvantage. Example; believing bullets won't hurt you cause god is protecting you is obviously a delusion that will get you killed. (if you test it out) Last edited by nocturne; 02-04-2009 at 11:28 PM. |

This may have been posted here already, however it's worth checking out: 11:11 Angels - What Does It Mean? & For other Numbers: Number Sequences From The Angels Lots of information on 11:11, and other repeating number sequences such as 111:222:333:444:555:666:777:888:999:000, in a perspective of "Messages From The Angels' Sounds corny, however i've found it really useful! Well those four pages of forum posts were the most online reading I've done in a while. It makes me feel slightly baffled, curious mixed with a strange sense of being 'aware'. I feel like I need a hot tub and some chill'n time. |
