Hey Steve, I've read your post about Achieving Peak Motivation It sparkled a question: If I would want to achieve my peak motivation I'd have to polarize towards selfishness or philantropy. Since right now I'm unable to find any purpose which would sound perfectly right for me and would include benefiting others and there there are a lot of room to improve for me I would say selfish path would be the right one. So let's say I'll concentrate on my improvement and fullfilling my needs (physical, spiritual, financial, social..). What if I decide to adopt some beliefs about contribution for others, for example: a) I will approach this girl to make her day better (instead of "I will approach her to get reference experience and improve") , b) I will make this sale to make the company I'm selling to better (instead of "I will make this sale to get experience and grow") My question is: will that kind of beliefs depolarize and lower my motivation ? P.S. I said hey Steve, but I'm interested in all opinions Last edited by Slapsuplex; 12-15-2008 at 06:35 AM. |

theres heaps of articles on that, theres nothing more he can tell about choosing love/fear, the rest is up to you. The only thing that would hurt is thinking that you dont have to pick, and -the longer i wait the less powerful i cant be/ the longer i wait the less i can contribute. For me it would be easier to be a darkworker, it would motivate me, the like the part about beating people and getting stronger and stronger. Also even manifesting is easier you just say what you want and you'll know what you got to would to get it. |
