Hey Steve,

Great article, although I think I may have found a typo

My wrist watch is started to get loose.

Should is, be replaced with has?

Default B-12

Thank you, Steve, for publicly posting about B-12! Having worked with so many meat-eaters as well as raw foodists and vegans who've had severe and often undiagnosed B-12 deficiency, I can honestly say it's of serious concern. I'm so glad people are beginning to speak out on this topic as it's such an easy thing to prevent but such a serious and sometimes irreversible issue if left untreated. Many, many thanks for mentioning the link to Gabriel Cousens' article, too.

Steve, I was wondering if you have heard or ever tried an Ion Spa foot bath? After reading some of your detox symptoms, I remembered when I had this done. At a point in my life, I was extremely depressed, hurt, eating bad, and sleeping about 10 to 12 hours a day. I went to stay with my brother and he introduce me to colonics, ion spa, and ozone treatments.

Day 1 Colonic & Ion Spa
Day 2 Colonic & Ozone
Day 3 Colonic & Massage (I love my brother for this one )

The color of the water is suppose to indicate where your toxic at, I had heavy metals at the time. What I know is, right in between this, after the first day, I could no longer stay in bed longer than 5 or 6 hours. I had too much energy, and it also positively effected my emotions. I'd love to try it again once my finances and diet are in better shape.

Sounds like it's going great! I'm wondering what eating is going to feel like after the feast . . .

Default More junk science

So, I had a look at the B12 article:
B12 in a Vegan Raw Food Diet by Gabriel Cousens

and in the third paragraph he says:
Quote:
... 3,000 picograms (pg., same as
micrograms) of B-12 ...
Sigh. A picogram is a million times smaller than a microgram (Wikipedia). Is this guy really a doctor? I gave up reading at that point.
