 |  Brain wave CDs for clarity, focus, etc.
I noticed that there are CDs that claim to help you meditate and sharpen mental clarity and focus. Enhance creativity, etc. Has anybody tried it and does it actually work? I was thinking listening to running water is the best audio. |
