Only 88 more days to go! I would have to say that this is the most challenging trial you've undertaken. I couldn't imagine not eating for three full months. Your digestive system probably needs the rest, though. Everyone's does. At least it's a feast and not a fast.

Hi Steve, You indicated that you make two batches in one sitting. Where you'll have one and save one for later.

I've been told that once you juice, you should drink it right away, otherwise the nutrients in the juice aren't retained.

Is that something you've come across or information that either supports / debunks that idea?

Steve, have you changed your exercise routines at all for this trial?

How has your diet affected your exercise, strength, endurance etc?

It's best to drink the juice right away, but with a high-quality juicer, oxidation isn't too bad, and the juice will often last for a few days in a sealed container in the fridge.

The juicefeasting.com protocol involves making juices in the morning and then drinking them throughout the day. It's slightly less nutritious but often a lot more practical.

I've been holding off on exercise for the initial detox period but will likely return to the gym soon.

Today (Day 5) I'm feeling pretty good physically and mentally, and emotionally I'm feeling very happy.

Interesting Day 4 report. You did not mention if your emotions were back to normal (as supposed to the roller coaster of emotions you have been on the last few days). Did that get better?

Steve, you mentioned that with a 100% raw diet, you have 5 bowel movements a day. Seriously?! The most I ever seem to have is 2 a day, and the average is 1. Going that much sounds a bit inconvenient, lol.
