Only 88 more days to go! I would have to say that this is the most challenging trial you've undertaken. I couldn't imagine not eating for three full months. Your digestive system probably needs the rest, though. Everyone's does. At least it's a feast and not a fast.

Hi Steve, You indicated that you make two batches in one sitting. Where you'll have one and save one for later. I've been told that once you juice, you should drink it right away, otherwise the nutrients in the juice aren't retained. Is that something you've come across or information that either supports / debunks that idea?
