I just listened to your interview with we like it raw. Very interesting interview. Could you expand a bit on the fact that you feel very energetic, but not very grounded on the 80/10/10 diet? I have been following 80/10/10 rather strictly lately, and it is really hard for me to concentrate and take in new information, but expressing thoughts I have is very easy and being enthusiastic and social is really easy too, but it doesn't feel very rooted. Also I am extremely sensitive to trembling bases of radios and televisions, it immediately anchors me in THIS SOUND HAS TO STOP NOW. I want to feel more grounded and be able to sit still for a longer time, instead of bouncing from one place to the next. Did you significantly up your fat intake, or just a bit, to feel more grounded, what ratios? Extremely curious to hear your experiences on this. Last edited by MasterD; 10-12-2008 at 03:29 PM. |

We Like It Raw, great website. I don't have any noticeable negative effects from cacao. I think everyone reacts different. Caffeine & sugar never did anything noticeable either even in large quantities, though I know it had negative effects. Anything that may have some toxicity should be used in small doses anyhow. When you taste gourmet raw chocolate treats made well, you probably won't want to limit eating it.
