What are your views/ideas on darkworkers and other questions.

Hiya, I'm Clementine and I just joined the forum. I have also decided to polarize. To which side? Well it took me a day to figure that out when the obvious answer popped up... was...Darkworker! I will admit I'm not 100% sure. I'm about...90-95%. Now I'd like it if people would reply with their views/ideas on darkworkers. What makes you a darkworker? How has this affected your life, long term thinking and general day to day? And how to avoid Darkworkers Syndrome?

Yeah the above poster is right, this site is crawling with lightworker-types so be careful!

I however am an aspiring Darkworker!

Its fantastic to meet someone else who embraces the ideals of noble and enlightened self interest.

So you want to know how it affects your life?

Well! The first thing I did was I accepted the fact that seeing things in terms of ones own self interest is not greedy, selfish or wrong, In fact its so divinely right, its amazing to think about things solely in terms of how it will affect you.

Just yesterday I quit my part time job! Why? Because I was bored of it, I was tired and I needed to focus on school work. My old self would have simply stayed on until after christmas because they needed people to work. Its tough!

Yeah it mightseem cold, and harsh. But its really not that at all. Other people start to respect you for being a person who keeps their word, does what they say and doesn't take rubbish from anyone.

This isn't being a darkworker, it's basic self-respect.
