The "Pavlina LLC" link at the top left of the page leads to the forum homepage.

I would've expected the "Pavlina LLC" link to link back to your high level website at Personal Development for Smart People - Steve Pavlina where all the menus (Blog, Forum, Articles etc.) are. That would be very handy.

Especially since there's already a link to "Personal Development for Smart People Forums" on every page of the forum.

I overlooked the "Steve's Blog" link below the LLC image for a long time. An other, maybe more obvious link to the blog would be nice (at-least for people like me

).

That's how the forum software sets up that link, to go to the forum home page. I never liked that about VBulletin either. He didn't set it up that way on purpose, i'm not sure he can change it but knowing him he probably could if he went into the code. Not sure.

Steve tends to avoid changes like this, it seems, since I don't think he sees it as a good use of his time. There are lots of things he wants to do to his site, and I'm sure the forums, too. He'll probably hire a site admin, or something, at some point.

It's funny; you always think people just shrug things like this off, but it goes to show, good navigation and such are really a big part of the website experience. Makes me glad that I tend to consider it equally as important as content. I guess it's literally the vehicle for your content. That's obvious enough, but you see few people apply that insight and give it equal importance as everything else.

I'm happy to help out at no cost, I've ran about 5 vbulletin forums in my life time and used to make unique themes

To me, a more important change would be to automatically jump to "first unread" in each thread, instead of having to click 2 things for that to happen.

If you are looking at the list of threads and you click on the down-arrow icon at the beginning of the thread title, it takes you to the first unread post in the thread.
