I am now an official Dymaxion sleeper. Today is my third full day of Dymaxion Sleeping. I sleep at 6:30 and 12:30 am and pm. Each nap is 30 minutes long. So far, the transition stage has been exhilarating and not too difficult. Please track my progress at Sleep Less, Live More john |
