Default Insprie for Early Morning Riser

I have read many articles of Mr. Stevepavlina and I am very much impressed from that. Many times I try to start but many reasons for not accomplishing.
Now I decided to take one task for 30 days that is wake up at 06:30 am.

Task Starting Date is 24.06.2008 Day 1
-- Today I woke up at aject 06:30 am so that all my morning tasks become easily accomplised with out any speedy feeling.
-- My whole day passed very smoothly.
-- I am feeling very easy at the evening. Having no tiredness.

Keep it up for a week or two and it will really stick and become second nature.

Good luck

As I look at the clock (23.18), I realize I should make this a short post! Haha.

But before I sleep, I did want to mention that keeping track for the time I went to bed is also key for me. In the beginning I would focus only on the time waking up, but I've come to realize that sleep time goals are very helpful. First my goal was to get to sleep before midnight, and now I'm progressing.

Goodnight everyone.
