| Hi my name is Elijah Mabli i live in Dallas Texas. I am 15 years old and for the past 2 years i have been missing an inexcusable amount of school. I do not skip classes when i am there and generally am not late. It started off as i would be a little late to my first period class in 8th grade. Then i would start missing 2nd period then 3rd. Eventually I was missing entire school days at a time. This sparked up bad situations for me (failing grades, less social, Etc.). The biggest of which is i have created a truancy case. I have been put in a juvenile detention center 3 times now. Not for more than 2 days each though. I can not seem to get up in the mornings although i try my very hardest. Unfortunately the world believes that if i am not there i am not trying so i keep digging myself into a hole that i cant seem to get out of. I have been to the doctor who diagnosed me as clinically depressed so he prescribed an anti depressant called Zoloft. Now i was willing to try it but all it did was make me more hyper and energetic than usual. I have finally gotten sick and tired of it but have no clue where to start searching for a solution. I found your article and read it. I believe that this could very well be my solution. I thought it would be nice to finally have some help to fix the problem instead of being all by myself search for a solution that seems to never present itself to me. I hope that this will work and have already started to get my body to routinely wake up. |

| Change your diet. It's easy, may have the desired effects across the board and could be extremely cost effective. I would suggest following the advice in this book. I have thirty years experience with alternative health and diet. ![]() Jennifer |
