i8 need to do this right away,i have so much to do,things that i love,though i have been sleeping way too much,far too much indeed. i need to wake at 5am. now the strugglese i have had befrore * going back to bed mid morning i need to get up and stay up.so here I start 30 days of an early riser.i am more than willing to do whatever it takes for this to work thanks for your help.in the meantime steve,i am reading your articles.
