 On a mission for Self Help (are products futile?) It all started with 7 habits of highly effective people by Steve Covey about 3 years ago. I believed that self help products and books would help me become a much better person. After doing many self help courses such as EFT, various fitness courses, and such, I hope that there is a better way to doing self help. I feel like I am still a beginner. Is there anyway else to improve yourself besides with various articles, products, and advice. I am now a senior in high school. I would like to improve my own personal strength, effectiveness, intelligence, discipline, charm/charisma, public speaking, social skills, and much more. I need some direction. A random fact is that I am going to Toastmasters.      |
