How can you test which consciousness (level) your at?

I wouldn't think that there is any "test" per se.

And your consciousness level is a constantly fluctuating thing.

Levels of consciousness are not separated by some distinct line, like grades in High School. They are gradual shifts and changes in your own perception and you own ability to stay mindful of your spiritual state in all manner of mundane situations.

Just keep focusing on developing a connection with your inner self and you will see, that even the concern about what your level of consciousness is becomes a non-concern.

Power Vs Force is a book that talks about that.

I haven't used single-person muscle testing on myself though so I don't know how effective it is, but the process is described in the book.

If you understand the levels in the book, you can probably guess your level with some accuracy.
