| I don't want to bore with the details of what I'm trying to do but to net it out I'm in the process of attempting to assemble a team of subject matter experts to build an assessment that can be used for any prospective sales person to take and the results will score both the individual in areas such as desire, self mastery, persistence, (the 13 principles that are in Think and Grow Rich) as well as some emotional IQ stuff and some general sales aptitude stuff as well as benchmark them against other sales people in their industry. There's more to the go-to-market strategy then that but that the jest of it. I know there a number of assessments in the market today and some of them are pretty good but what I'm looking to create is the high water mark that will ultimately be the industry standard. I know that in order to do this, the assessment itself will have to be seen as the most complete, accurate and fool proof assessment available. This will require me to hook up with the most well known, respected and credible pschology experts who not only know the content but how to develop the assessment. That is where I'm looking for some help. If anyone is aware of where I might be able to find someone(s) that fits this profile, I would very much appreciate it. I know the help is not going to come free and we are prepared to pay for the expertise as well as bring them potentially as a partner in the business. |

| I don't fit your profile, but would recommend that you include Seligman's concept (and test) of optimism in your assessment. There's little more important for a potential salesperson. Stephen Power-Book Library: Free personal development, success, inspiration and motivational classics |
