Paraliminal did not have a Holosync soundtrack until they re-introduced in CD format.

Falling asleep while listening to a Paraliminal is not unusual. The two voices are confusing to the conscious mind so it shuts down. As it is supposed to. So it often seems as if you've fallen asleep. If you wake up with the coming up message at the end you weren't actually asleep. Just very deep.

One way to overcome the concern of falling asleep is to tell yourself that "I'm going to listen to the X- Paraliminal right now for the purpose of... and while I'm listening I'm going to have a refreshing nap. Allowing my non conscious mind to process the information. Then listen to the Paraliminal and wake up at the end, knowing that the non-conscious mind is on the ball.

Default parliminal cds vs. software like neuro programmer 2

Hi
I was wondering if anyone has an opinion on purchasing software, like the well-known neuro programmer 2 vs. the cds? The software is $50 and the cds, are ... well, much more expensive!! That's ok if there's a huge difference, but I'd like to research whether one could obtain the same results with the np2 instead ?? Thanks!

Default paraliminal vs. other hypnosis (also using binaural beats)

Hi,
I am hoping to get some opinions. I own a set of self-hypnosis by Jeff Stanfforth who uses binaural beats. They seem to be really good. And am advised to run the hypnosis for 30 days continuously. At the same time, I own some paraliminal CDs as well. As Jeff's package consist of more than 1 type hypnosis and we are advised to complete one at a time, I am wondering if it would be advisable to use paraliminal CDs when I am undergoing the 30 day hypnosis with Jeff's package. Both uses binaural beat. The paraliminals seem to be another form of hypnosis as well...

Hoping someone can enlighten..
Thanks!

Subliminal - Something that your senses pick up that you're not consciously aware of. Your subconscious mind gets the message, but your conscious mind does not, so you can't filter or judge it. If it's visual, it usually flashes on the screen too fast to realize you've seen it, and if it's a PD audio CD, often you hear ocean sounds, rain, or whatever with the message whispered at a slightly lower volume.

Paraliminal - Clearly audible. With the paraliminal CDs from Learning Strategies, you hear two voices saying different things at the same time, one in each ear when you're wearing headphones. You can choose to focus on either one or focus on neither one more than the other mostly hear both at the same time.

Binaural Beats - See Wikipedia's article.

Isochronic Tones - I'm not sure.
