 There are two aspects of SR: 1. You are everything. Everything is you. Or All is One. 2. You are responsible for everything that happens. (LOA) I think by bringing in the witness... that is what tolle talks about... you get into this deeper awareness. The real You comes forward the more you practice it. The You that is everything else also. The more this comes forward... the more the illusions disappear. And oneness becomes easier to embrace ie. the first point above, of SR. Well you also become more aware of your thoughts and negative beliefs become very clear by bringing in the witness/ observing in the now. That helps with the second point also, so you can change your Reality more easily.      |
